Updates at Garden City Branch

Cass County Public Library is proud to announce another set of great updates. Recent upgrades to the Garden City branch were made possible by the passage of Proposition L, for which voters showed up to polls for and approved by a large margin in 2020. A great deal of feedback was collected from voters at that time that has guided the Library’s projects across the county.

Regular Garden City library patrons will have noticed the new carpet and paint that have brightened up the space. Further, many new pieces of furniture make some for comfortable places to sit both inside and outside of the library. Visitors will notice new porch furniture too. The younger patrons were not left out. New seating in the children’s area is popular. It is comfy and a great place for children to find and explore new books.

Most recently, a new sign was added outside. This larger sign will be lit and has a message board to remind patrons of events at the branch. Cass County Public Library thanks the residents of Cass County for believing in, and supporting our work. Together we are improving the quality of life in the county and building a great future together.
