Meeting and Study Rooms

Cass County Public Library offers a variety of meeting and study rooms across four branch locations. There is no cost to reserve a room. All room usage must comply with the Meeting Room Policy and Code of Conduct

Meeting Rooms

  • Must be at least 18 years old to reserve
  • Bookings should be made at least one week in advance
  • Limited to one booking in a 28-day period; rooms are not intended for regular, consecutive meetings by clubs or organizations
  • No commercial, personal, or social events permitted
  • Must be vacated no later than 10 minutes prior to branch closing
  • Room set up and break down is the responsibility of the patron using the space and must be accounted for within the reserved time

Study Rooms

  • Same-day bookable on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Reservations limited to four hours per day
  • Must be vacated no later than 10 minutes prior to branch closing

Library programs and library-related functions have priority over all other room reservations and shall receive preference in the event of a scheduling conflict.

Use of the library meeting rooms does not imply Library endorsement, and no announcement, press release, flyer, or other promotion should state or imply Library endorsement or sponsorship of the event or the organization.
