Cass County Public Library and Clark & Enersen are accepting bids for the new Pleasant Hill branch.

Project consists of selective interior and exterior abatement, demolition, and renovation of an approximately 3,300 sf building and 1,800 sf basement. New construction includes an approximate 1,250 sf northwest building addition and an approximate 5,000 sf south building addition. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $4 million.

Owner will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

  1. Bid Date: Thursday June 30, 2022
  2. Bid Time: 11:00am local time. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
  3. Location: Pearson Hall, Harrisonville Branch Library, 400 E. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701
  4. Faxed Bids: Not Allowed.

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at 101 MO-7, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080 on Thursday June 9, 2022 at 9:30am local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.
