Gale Legal Forms and More!

Getting legal help just got easier. Patrons can now access Gale Legal Forms for free with their Cass County Public Library card. Gale Legal Forms offers a wide selection of essential Missouri-specific and federal legal forms that can be customized for the most common legal procedures. These forms are used by attorneys and law firms, and now patrons can access them from the library or at home.

Forms include real estate contracts, wills, premarital agreements, bankruptcy, divorce, landlord tenant, and many, many others. Many forms are now completely fillable online, so you just need to fill it in, print it out, and sign it. Blank forms can be printed, too, if you feel more comfortable filling them out by hand.

Gale Legal Forms also has extensive help for users. Find definitions, Q&A, Articles, and an Attorney Directory for when you are ready to seek legal advice. Library staff are not attorneys or legal aides and cannot provide legal advice. While library staff can assist patrons with how to use Gale Legal Forms generally, they cannot assist patrons in selecting forms or give guidance about forms.

In addition to Gale Legal Forms, there are other Gale resources that are free to access through the library. They are more research-based, but patrons can find reliable, peer-reviewed articles on a variety of topics.
