A Very Peculiar Book Drop

Peculiar residents,

Did you know there’s a place for you to return borrowed library material right in Peculiar?

The library book drop is located at City Hall (250 Main St.). You can drive right up and return your books without getting out of your vehicle.

We empty it every day and we backdate returns to the previous day. So you don’t have to worry about late fees.

Remember the Bookmobile is in town every Wednesday from 1:45pm to 7:00pm. You can check out and return library material there, too.

We try to keep a rotating collection that includes something for everyone on the Bookmobile. But if you don’t find what you want to borrow on the Bookmobile, tell the staff what you are looking for and we’ll do our best to get it for you so you can pick it up the very next week.
