It seems like we rarely have cash these days, and up until this point, the library has only accepted cash and check. Now, library patrons can now pay bills with a credit or debit card online and through the Missouri Evergreen app. From the app, go to Charges and then tap Pay All Bills. This will direct you to our catalog so that you can log into your account.
After logging into your account at cass.missourievergreen.org, you should see an account summary. There you will see any bills you owe on the right side of the screen. They will also be at the bottom of the screen.
To pay bills with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover):
- Select the bills you want to pay.
- Click Pay selected charges.
- Enter your card information.
- Click Next.
- Verify the payment amount and click Submit.
Confirmation of your payment will appear, which can serve as your receipt. You will also receive a copy of your payment receipt if you have an email address on your account.
We hope that this small feature can make your library experience better. While the library no longer charges daily overdue fines, patrons are still charged for un-returned items and damaged items. If you’ve owed fines but haven’t had cash to pay, we hope this helps!
