Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide informational, educational, and enrichment resources to the community by bringing library services to schools, daycares, fairs, retirement facilities, markets, businesses, and community events.
About Us: Outreach Services now encompasses the prior CCPL branch, the Bookmobile, Library by Mail, the Peculiar Express Kiosk, the Peculiar City Hall Book Return Box, and its newest program, Outreach Lobby Stops.

Full service mobile library that attends events and offers Bookmobile stops, storytimes for schools, indoor & outdoor programming, book clubs, youth crafts, Wi-Fi, printing, and notary services.

Cass County Public Library can deliver books, audiobooks, DVDs, and other materials to patrons who are homebound and cannot get to the library due to health, mobility, advanced age, disability, and/or permanent or temporary incapacity. Only qualifying residents of the Cass County Public Library district are eligible for this free service.
