How to Print at the Library

Black and White printing is available at all Cass County Library locations from copy machines and public access computers for 15 cents per page.

When using Cass County Public Library public access computers you are responsible for each page that you print, below are some instructions to help with only printing the material you want without getting additional pages.

Printing from Firefox or Internet Explorer
  1. When you get ready to print from either Firefox or Internet Explorer the easiest way to make sure you are only going to print what you want is to use Print Preview.
  2. Print Preview is accessed by left clicking on File at the top of the browser and then Print Preview from the drop down menu (If File is not an option press the Alt key).
  1. Once in Print Preview you will be on page 1 and it will show you how your print is going to look. If this doesn't appear correct please close it and try to find a Printer Friendly link or icon on the website.  These are typically a picture of a printer located near the top of an article on a webpage.
  1. If this looks okay, the next step is to make sure you are only printing the pages you want. Print Preview opens on page one of your print job.  You can see at the top of the window (Firefox) or bottom (Internet Explorer) the number of total pages you will be printing.
  1. If the number of pages is okay left click the printer icon and then press OK in the new window.
  1. If you would like to print a specific page after left clicking the print icon from print preview.  Change the print range from All to Pages and type in the number of the page or pages you would like to print and then click OK.
