The selected contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Missouri statutes and requirements, including prevailing wage (if applicable), bonding, insurance, E-Verify participation, and other conditions outlined in the full bid notice.

There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please refer to the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. Prospective contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting, scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CDT, at the Cass County Public Library, located at 1741 E. North, Belton, MO 64012.
