Technical Services Specialist – Administrative Offices

Technical Services Specialist. 12 hours per week. This position is responsible for advanced clerical and technical work involving technical support services in a library. Primary assignment is to perform database management and to provide Interlibrary Loan services using automated methods. This position participates in a variety of Technical Services workflows such as providing interlibrary loan services for CCPL patrons using OCLC WorldShare. The work requires that the employee have in-depth knowledge, skill, and ability in library technical support functions. Staff members are expected to provide a positive attitude and interact with patrons and fellow employees in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.

A 2-year or 4-year degree is required. Public library experience is required. A combination of applicable experience and education may be considered. $14.75/hour.
