AARP Tax Assistance Available at the Library
It’s time to do our taxes again. Taxes can be stressful, but fortunately, your library can help! Each year, AARP has had volunteers helping patrons at our Harrisonville branch and Northern Resource Center. They will be at both locations again this year.
If you or someone you know needs help filing taxes, AARP volunteers will be helping individuals file their taxes through April:
Harrisonville
Wednesdays & Thursdays from February 5th to April 15th.
Call 816-372-4473 to make an appointment.
Northern Resource Center
Mondays from February 3rd to April 13th, and Friday, February 21st.
Call 816-331-0049 to make an appointment.
Library staff cannot give any tax advice or suggestions on which form(s) you may need, but AARP may be able to help. Call and make an appointment today.
If you prefer to file your taxes yourself, you’ll need to access Federal and Missouri forms:

- If you need to print tax forms, you can do so at your local library.
