Register to vote at the library

You can register to vote in Cass County at any location of Cass County Public Library. We will deliver your registration to the County Clerk’s office.

The deadline to register to vote in the March presidential primaries is next Wednesday, February 17.

You can also download a copy of the voter registration form here and mail to the County Clerk postmarked on or before 2/17/16.

Who May Register?

To be eligible to register, a person must:

Be a citizen of the United States;
Be at least 18 years old by the date of the election;
Be a resident of Cass County;
Present valid identification. See the Missouri Secretary of State website for a list of Acceptable ID;
Not be encumbered by a felony conviction, or adjudged to be incapacitated.
