Health & Safety: Upcoming library workshops to be presented by community partners

We are offering a series of health and safety themed workshops for adults presented by the Cass County Health Department, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office and Hope Haven of Cass County. These events will be hosted in various library locations around the county this fall.

Protect Yourself from Identity Theft: We are partnering with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office to offer a workshop in two locations about tips for protecting your identity. Presented by Major Jeff Webber.

Stop the Violence: A representative for Hope Haven of Cass County, crises center, will speak on domestic violence and its impact on families and our community. Maybe you have lived with abuse; maybe you work or live next to someone who is being abused right now.
