Curbside Service

While all locations are open limited hours, we still have contactless curbside service available to our patrons who prefer not to come in our branches. Patrons can return all items (including CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks) to the bookdrops outside the branch.

Curbside Service Hours (Weather Permitting)

All branches:

  • Monday: 2:00pm to Close
  • Thursday: 2:00pm to Close

Patrons will need to request items through the library’s catalog. Patrons may also request items over the phone during curbside hours. Please be aware that, due to limited staff, we may not be able to fulfill every request.

Patrons should call when they are in the parking lot so that staff may retrieve their available items. If a patron does not have a way to call from the parking lot, they may call ahead with an approximate time of their arrival.

Staff will place items on a table outside. Items will be placed in a sealed bag labelled with each patron’s holds code (BRO 1172, for example).

Patrons are required to remain six (6) feet apart if multiple people are waiting to pick up items and approach the pickup table one person at a time. Please use the provided hand sanitizer before picking up items.

Staff members will not accept donations for the book sale, payments for bills, or returns from patrons during curbside service.

Patrons can return items to the bookdrops outside the branch, including CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks.
