Get a Library Card

Library Card Application: Ask a library employee for a library card application or download a copy here (PDF).

Return your completed application to the circulation desk.  

Required Identification: Anyone 14 years or older will need to show appropriate identification and proof of address.  

13 Years or Younger: Anyone 13 years or younger will need a signature from a parent or legal guardian.

PIN: With a personal identification number (PIN), you will be able to view and modify your account information, renew materials and place holds online.  The PIN must be a 4-digit number.

Notification: Indicate whether you would prefer to be contacted by mail or email.  Email notification is faster and helps the library conserve postage expenses.
